--Many items will be available on a limited basis at the annual corn roast, all
home football games and at various concerts.

-- All orders are to be placed with Jeff Caplinger, EHS Director of Bands or his
designee.

-- Orders should be mailed to Jeff Caplinger at Elkins High School or placed with Mr.
Caplinger in the instrumental music office.

-- Any item not listed above and being sold by other individuals other than those
associated with the EHS Band are not official band items.

-- Orders will be taken anytime through November 13, 2000 additional deadlines will
be announced.

-- Orders will be placed with the various vendors on the following dates only:

August 27, 2000

September 5, 2000

September 18, 2000 (order for the Forest Festival!!)

October 16, 2000

November 13, 2000 (order for Christmas!!)

-- Please allow two-four weeks for delivery. Orders shipped outside of the local Elkins
area will be charged $5.00 shipping and handling
